Thank you for contacting support.
Since there was a major hardware change the system should have been flagged as Image to avoid any possible duplicate communications.
Unique ID is generated for each system managed in DesktopCentral based on multiple hardware and software in the system and when changes are detected these systems are flagged as 'imaged'.
To reset this after reviewing that it is not imaged we need to run a script to re-initiate the communication.
