Re : Java install failing

Hi cccuadmin,

Thank you for raising the concern on this post. There are couple of points I would like to pitch here :
  • Are you trying to install base 32bit EXE of Java on 64bit OS client machine? Or, you are trying to update latest Java update on all Java installed machines?

>> If your requirement is to just update to latest Java update then that can be achieved via Patch Mgmt module. 
>> However, if you want to deploy base 32bit EXE on 64bit OS machine then trying creating 32bit Java package using our Templates under Software Deployment module. Go to Software Deployment > Templates > Search for JRE

If in case you have deployed 32bit EXE using Software Deployment and it still failing then contact our Support team with complete ''Agent side'' logs for analysis.

Instructions to send Desktop Central Agent Logs:
 
On the Desktop Central Client installed machine navigate to : 
<Program Files>\DesktopCentral_Agent\Logs    
 
Zip the "logs" folder along with the 'Screenshot' and upload it to the link below:
http://bonitas2.zohocorp.com/
