Re : How To Configure and change User visual setting (Theme)?

   I am not looking to change just the wallpaper. I am mainly looking to change everyone's Windows Theme. We have a program that does not act well with Windows 7 Aero theme so I would like to change all users to Windows 7 Basic theme.
