Hi, I am suddenly unable to post a request after having done so for many months, all my technicians can but not me so can anyone shine some light? I have 2 machines with the same issue both running Windows 8 Pro and Internet Explorer 10, I have set IE10 to compatibility mode and removed my antivirus software (Kaspersky Internet Security) but still cant send a ticket, please help!
