How can I install the Agents on clients which are not in my network?

If you are referring about the WAN network.  You can create a Remote Office in Desktop Central which gives you a downloadable Desktop Central WAN agent and Tools to distribute it locally in Remote Office.

Where i have to place the packages so that the external clients can download them?

The Remote Office creation setup has option to have the Distribution server which can place the package for the Remote office.

For example I want to install Software from a virtual server in the company, where Desktop Central is installed, on my home PC.
