Hi Stephen,

Thank you for raising the post. To investigate the reported behavior, please send me complete "Agent side" logs from couple of configuration deployed client machines : 
Instructions to send Desktop Central Agent Logs:
 
On the Desktop Central Client installed machine navigate to : 
<Program Files>\DesktopCentral_Agent\Logs    
 
Zip both the "logs" folders and upload it to the link below:
http://bonitas2.zohocorp.com/
