I have tried 6 browsers, including the latest Chrome, IE11 as well as incognito mode across 4 different PCs, with one of the PCs not even on our same netowork. NONE of them display as your screen shot. For me, this is not a browser issue. What else can we look at? The browse buttons are all missing on every test. 3 computers, several browsers - they cannot all be a problem. We are already running the latest DC v91085. I also tried shortcuts via a collection and directly via a configuration. Both no good.
