Thanks for your post,

Please raise a support ticket[desktopcentral-support@manageengine.com ] sharing the configuration name with agent logs from the reported client machine for further assistance, refer the agent log path and upload ink below:

Instructions : Desktop Central Agent Logs
 
From the client machine navigate to ,
 
<Installed_Directory>\DesktopCentral_Agent\Logs
 
Example : C:\Program Files\DesktopCentral_Agent\Logs
 
Compress the Logs folder and upload it to the link :http://bonitas2.zohocorp.com/
Note: Please mention the Forum Number in the "Reason for File upload".
