Thank you for your post in our forums.
Desktop Central doesn't uninstall the applications and updates automatically. Either you can initiate the uninstall task from software deployment module or inventory module. You will need to create a uninstall task to remove any applications/updates via software deployment module.
Another place where you can configure the uninstall process is prohibited software settings. However this also is possible only if you enable the automatic uninstall option along with the proper uninstall commands.
