Thanks for your reply.

I should have provided some information about the Server I apologize.

Desktop Central Server is installed on a Windows Server 2012 machine.
It is joined to our domain.

Initially, I opened Windows Explorer and clicked "Network" from the left pane. The system complained because by default in Windows Server 2012 Network Discovery and File Sharing is disabled and the network is set to "Public". It prompted me to enable Network Discovery and File Sharing and switch to a "Private" network. I did this and then was able to enumerate the machines in our domain.
I hope this is what you described above.

I then went back to to the DC web interface and hit the "Browse" option under the section I described in my first post and I still am unable to list machines. I received the "No Computers Available" still.

I can upload the logs if this will help.
