Language Not changing

Hi,

I've just installed desktop central on my network, However when I create an AD user and have the language set to English, it default's to Spanish, I've set up the user with the default Admin account. I have tried changing it as the user and also deleted the user and tried again, Any idea with how I can get this changed?
