Kindly send us  the complete DesktopCentral Server logs for further analysis.

Instructions : Desktop Central Server Logs
 
From the Desktop Central server installed machine navigate to ,
 
<Installed_Directory>\DesktopCentral_Server\Logs
 
Example : C:\Program Files\DesktopCentral_Server\Logs
 
Compress the Logs folder and upload it to the link below,
