Ladies and Gentlemen,
I was trying to upgrade the computers to Adobe Reader XI, but only on the computers that currently have a version of Adobe Reader. I tried adding a pre-deployment activity, in which the configuration would check the computer for a version of Adobe Reader lower than 11, but it just happens that Adobe Reader is not just know by that name. It has so many other names, versions and even Manufacturer's name in the Software Inventory that it doesn't seem to recognize what I am asking for.
I had to go to Inventory>Software then searc Adobe under Manufacturer, then from all the versions of Reader available, open each list and then get the machine names, and under the target machines for the configuration, select each one manually.
Any thoughts?
