Can you please send me the Desktop Central Agent side logs to analyze and assist you further on this?

Please ensure that you send the logs from the computer where you had this below given error
The requested operation can not be carried out because the handle supplied is not in the correct state.
You can zip the Desktop Central Agent logs folder and mail us.
