DesktopCentral agent processes and executes the configurations in the same order as it was scheduled.
So it should work as expected by you.
Please send us the complete DesktopCentral Agent logs from a client machine where it processed the configurations randomly and let me know the name of the configurations processed randomly to investigate this further.
