Hi Michael,

Thanks for your post.

Yes, it is technically possible to rebrand the agent icon, but we didn't change it for our own reasons. When we remote in to your setup (Customers) setup for troubleshooting purposes, and it would be difficult for us to figure out the icon since it might vary from one customer to other.

" But Rebranded image and product name will be used while displaying notifications on the managed computer. When a patch/software application is deployed via Desktop Central, user will receive a notifications on the computer where the product name will contain the rebranded company name and logo."
