There is a configuration to set which can be set to delete the inactive computers. You can set this under Admin>>>Scope of Management>>>>SOM Policy>>>>AD Sync settings.
If you have not set this option, you need to remove it manually under Admin>>>Scope of Management>>>Computers>>>Remove Computers.
