it's one month off now, that i posted the problem.
During this month I patiently punched in 1000s of targets single by sinlge
or created one time custom groups, instead of simply pasting a csv.
With this annoying practice I lost a whole bunch of time now.
"I requested team to provide the support for comma separated values and I'll update the status as announcement topic"
"I've forwarded your feedback to development folks to change the existing design."
Did not see the anounced announcement for now. Request for change is one month old.
So "requesting and forwarding to development" seems to be no luck.
Mostly the management is responsible for design-decisions.
The predecessor of the "existing" design was convenient.
If the management thinks that the new design is that awesome they should
integrate a switch and leave the decision to the user, which design to work
with.
When can i expect a progress in the subject?
