Hi Jens,

Sorry for delay in response to this post. To investigate the reported issue, we need ''Server side'' logs from Desktop Central MSP.

I would suggest to work with our Support team to sort this out.

Instructions to send Desktop Central MSP Server Logs: 

On the Desktop Central Server installed machine navigate to : 
<install dir>\ManageEngine\DesktopCentral MSP_Server\Logs 

Zip the "logs" folders and upload it to the link below:
http://bonitas2.zohocorp.com/      

Product as "Desktop Central MSP"
