The recommended way to install the DesktopCentral Agent to remote users , is to download the agent directly from the console , attach it to a mail / upload it to some link and provide it to the user of that computer and have them install it directly in the computer.
Navigation :
Admin >> Scope of Management >> Download Agent (upper right hand side ).
Refer the screenshot below for clarity,
Note : For managing computers in WAN , remote office need to be created and appropriate remote office agent should be installed.Refer the link below for more details,
