Re : cant upgrade agents after 91110 upgrade - error 1603

Hi Domagoj,

Thanks for your post,

I understand you have upgraded Desktop Central to 91110 build and few agents are not upgrading to its compatible agent version.

Please raise a request to Desktop Central support [desktopcentral-support@manageengine.com ] with Desktop Central Server and agent logs from reported client machine[agent version not upgraded].

Also refer the Server and Agent log path and upload links below:

Server log Path: <Install_Dir>\DesktopCentral_Server\logs[compress the entire logs folder]

Agent log Path: <Install_Dir>\DesktopCentral_Agent\logs[compress the entire logs folder]
