Re : web interface not reachable after adding SSL

Appreciate your Forum Post.

Is this the first time you have applied the certificate in Desktop Central? Did you check if the Desktop Central server service is started and apache service is started?

We need to check on the issue why the web console does not open after importing the certificate. Need to find the root cause of the issue and to fix it. Please contact support at desktopcentral-support@manageengine.com stating the same issue to check further on it.
