We do have a template configuration to configure the ODBC datasource name to enable user to connect to a database using ODBC.
Then you will need to specify the same name in other three sub key values.
SOFTWARE\ODBC\ODBC.INI\Name of the connection
In the above sub key hive, you will need to replace the Name of the connection by the SQL server name which you specified for Data/Expression of the first settings .
You will need to specify the other values such as Data base and Driver depending on the details what you have.

You will need to make certain changes in the registry key value and the sub key details based on the server name. For instance, the very first registry settings you will need to specify your SQL server name under Data/Expression.Configurations -> Templates (Left Panel) -> Configure ODBC Settings For System
Then you will need to specify the same name in other three sub key values.
