Hi,
Thanks for contacting Desktop Central MSP Support,
Please be informed that DC MSP require a public IP or FQDN to allow its agents to communicate.
Since DC-MSP is designed to help its "Customers" who are on different Network/locations needs to be accessible to its Main Server. So you may create a public IP/FQDN then using the NAT settings by doing a internal port forwarding via Firewall to reach the DC-MSP Server.
So you may have the available internal IP to be reachable from external network.
Trust this helps and revert for any clarifications,
Regards,
