Hi Ryo,

Thank you contacting support.

Kindly provide me with the following details,

1) Did you recently did the hotfix upgrade to 90138 ? If yes what build were you in before the upgrade.?

2) Please click on "License" located in the upper right hand side of console and let me know if Multi-Language Pack is enabled or disabled.
