I appreciate your post on Deploying an application on a computer in Internet.

Yes, it is possible.  However, i need to understand your setup and scenario here.  You have mentioned that you are able to install the windows operating system patches, is it on the internet roaming computers?

If so, you have configured the required WAN agent to communicate the NATed Desktop Central server.  Then what you need to do is to check the Silent install switch details.  The Desktop Central Agent logs  and the error on the Desktop Central console can help us to narrow down the issue.
