You can try the below suggestion and update for further assistance.

For Google Chrome,

The settings are stored in file name Preferences .

C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default

You can configure the settings in a file and copy it to other machines using 'File Folder Operation' configuration.
