Possibility to delete Sub Keys in the Registry

Hello,

is it possible, to delete Sub Keys in the Registry? I´ve only the choice between "Delete Value" and "Delete Key".

My problem, i would like to delete only one Sub Key under the "Root Key".

Explanation:

-      HKLM
      -      Software
            -      Microsoft
                  -      Windows
                        -      CurrentVersion
                              -      Authentication
                                    -      Credential Provider Filters      <-- "Root Key"
                                          -      {25CA8579-1BD8-469c-B9FC-6AC45A161C18}
                                          -      {DDC0EED2-ADBE-40b6-A217-EDE16A79A0DE}
                                          -      {31369D11-59E8-4c2e-A40F-5BFE96FE26B1}

I like to delete only {25CA8579-1BD8-469c-B9FC-6AC45A161C18}....

If i choose "Delete Key" as Action, "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE" as Header Key and "Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Authentication\Credential Provider Filters\{25CA8579-1BD8-469c-B9FC-6AC45A161C18}" as Key, the Error message from DC looks like:

"The System cannot find the path specified!"

Could it be, that the Spaces in "Credential Provider Filters" are responsible for this error? Or is it generally not possible to delete only one sub key?

Kind regards
Maik
