Your miniscule post gives me different perceptions on requirements. However let me try to answer this commonly
- Desktop Central can be used to install/uninstall the software/patch on remote computers without the need for you to goto the remote location but having a DC agent. (DC agent can also be installed remotely on client computers)
- License for the client computers are added on the server so that Agents can work.
