Thanks for your post in our forums.
To achieve Google Safe Search using Desktop Central, you will have to overwrite the host file using File Folder Configuration. And that seems to be the only possible way,
Please make a host file entry using the instructions from below link,
https://support.opendns.com/hc/en-us/articles/227986807-How-to-Enforcing-Google-SafeSearch-YouTube-and-Bing
And deploy the host file entry to following location : %windir%\System32\Drivers\etc.
