Configuration report

Can someone please tell me how to get a report which shows me which registry setting was applied to each user, currently this report only shows how many registry settings were applied but does not show which they were. I also tried to find an option to report on a specific registry setting configuration, but there does not appear to be one.

The report I am looking for should show each user and each setting that is applied to that user something like this

Username

            reg setting configuration name 1

            reg setting configuration name 2

            reg setting configuration name 3

Username 2

            reg setting configuration 1

etc, 

The current configuration user report only shows how many configurations each user has and you can drill down to find out what they are, but this is very time consuming if you want to find out how many users reg setting x has been applied to.
