Please be informed, "Configuration -->IP Printer" is compatible on Windows 10 even for "Workgroup" Network type.
However request you to raise it as a request to Desktop Central support [desktopcentral-support@manageengine.com] with agent logs from the failed client machine with Configuration name for further assistance. Please refer the URL http://logs.desktopcentral.com for steps to upload the logs.
