Re : Software Deployment - Access Denied for one of the package

Appreciate your post in our forums.

I would request you to contact our Support team (desktopcentral-support@manageengine.com) for setting up remote web session to work on this case. Mention this post as reference.

I suspect, it could be an issue with accessing the share path, but if rest of the same domain machines can access, there shouldn't be any problem with the deployment.  However, to analyze the exact cause of failure and to assist better,  please attach the configuration and package export along with the dcsoftwaredeployment.log file while contacting our support team.

For Package Export export, Go to Software Deployment tab > Click on the Package name > EXPORT PDF (RightHandSide)
Go to Software Deployment tab > View Configurations > Click on the Configuration name > EXPORT PDF (RightHandSide)
