Thank you for raising the post. Desktop Central Agent contain 2 files dependency i.e Agent MSI and Agent MST file. Further, it requires Administrator privilege to execute.
We dont have any script when calls both the files and install in single click.
If you have AD environment then you can deploy via GPO login script. Refer:
