Appreciate your post in our forums.
Kindly be notified that currently the product doesn't have any script templates out of box to achieve your requirement however we can assist you with the script that you can deploy as Software Deployment package.
I have attached the script in this response. Please download and rename it as disableFeature.bat and add the package under software deployment module.
Software Deployment Module ->Packages - > Add Package (Windows).
Kindly choose the package type as "MsiExec/EXE" and include the disableFeature.bat file. Also, please ensure that while deploying, you choose Run As option to install the script as administrator. Once you created the configuration with the package, you can find "Show" under Install/Uninstall option. If you expand the same, you can find "Run As" option.
