Please contact our Support team (desktopcentral-support@manageengine.com) for setting up remote web session to work on this case. Mention this post as reference.

And it would be better if you could share me the complete server logs for better analysis.


Instructions to send Desktop Central Server Logs:

On the Desktop Central Server installed machine navigate to :
<install dir>\ManageEngine\DesktopCentral_Server\Logs

Zip the "logs" folder and upload it to the link below:
http://bonitas2.zohocorp.com/     

Product as "Desktop Central"
