I would appreciate if you could contact support with the logs from the client machine and the script that you want to deploy to the client machine. 

Also please share the screenshot of the configuration which you created. 

You can send the logs and screenshot via support portal by tagging this forum. 

Please refer http://logs.desktopcentral.com for the steps to send the logs.
