I've tested the mail server settings with gmail account and it's working fine. Could you double check the details that you had entered in the Mail Server Settings and update me the status?.

If you still face the issues in updating the details then send me the Server logs to analyze this issue further. Refer the web site below for steps to upload the logs: http://logs.desktopcentral.com
