Thank you for contacting support. After analyzing the log file we found that DBMigration was failed while processing custom reports. This issue will be fixed in upcoming build. As immediate solution, please follow these steps to fix the problem.
- Stop the DesktopCentral Server.
- Go to <install dir>\DesktopCentral Server\lib location. Move AdventNetDesktopCentral.jar file out of lib folder (File should be moved out of lib folder. It should not be renamed).
- Download the attached attached and rename to fix.zip. Extract the AdventNetDesktopCentral.jar file.
- Place the extracted AdventNetDesktopCentral.jar file under <install dir>\DesktopCentral Server\lib location.
- Retry DB Migration process (Help link).
- Start the DesktopCentral Server after DB Migration.
