Please make sure the batch file is working properly when you execute is manually on the machine. If it works fine, please try the same from Desktop Central configuration custom script and check if it works fine.
Configuration>>>Custom Script, you can add the script under script repository and execute it or type the command manually and run the configuration and check if it works.
If it still fails, please send the batch file along with the agent logs to our support to analyze and update on email.
Refer http://logs.desktopcentral.com/ to upload the agent logs and the batch file.
